Once you've signed up you'll receive a link to join the private Watsapp group where we'll be sharing one meditation, visualisation or breathwork practice for you to listen to every day. These will soothe your nervous system, help you relax and re-connect with yourself and what's important to you - every day.
The exercises are short, ranging from 1 -15 minutes, making it as easy as possible for you to find time to fit them in. It's the cumulative effect of taking just a little bit of time to yourself each day, that makes the difference.
We know how hard it is to find time for yourself, especially during the holidays. The intention behind PAUSE. Breathe. Relax is two fold:
+ Receiving the daily exercises will give you the reminder you need to look after yourself each day and
+ Being part of a group of like-minded mums will give you the accountability, motivation and momentum you need to make yourself a priority at least once every day.
